  • Represent commuter rail operations in matters involving proceedings before the Surface Transportation Board involving both abandonment and adverse abandonment of rail lines, federal preemption issues, and transportation service agreements including the reasonableness of rates as they relate to captive shippers.
  • Federal and State Litigation including trademark enforcement, domain name disputes, employment matters, contracts, Freedom of Information Act, constitutional challenges to governmental check off programs and challenges to federal rulemaking by governmental agencies.
  • Review and draft documents including employment contracts, confidentiality agreements, promotion agreements
