Since joining McLeod, Watkinson & Miller in 2008, Ms. Kidder has devoted the majority of her practice to representation of corporate clients in federal and state commercial litigation matters, with a focus on construction, real estate and business law. Ms. Kidder has experience in all phases of litigation, including discovery, mediation, settlement, and trial. Ms. Kidder earned her Bachelor of Arts from Oberlin College in 2002 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2005. She is admitted to practice in New York and the District of Columbia.
